In most organizations, training is considered a cost that has little or no relation to business impact. While HR and training managers spend considerable time and effort in designing and delivering training interventions, they are seldom linked to improvement in overall business health. In addition, participants do not have the right perspective on trainings.
We have introduced and successfully spearheaded the concept of post training implementation. Training ends as a good movie that we enjoy and forget unless followed by rigorous implementation. We have brought a 4 way accountability to training by defining the stakeholder wise responsibilities.
During this phase, participants are required to apply the learnings from the training programs to improve their performance outcomes. The attendees are provided continuous support / mentorship, their performance against key KPIs is tagged, tracked & validated and they are provided post review feedback.
